About us
A professional hub for people who put live television on air
truthara brings together working directors, engineers and lighting specialists to teach the practical side of live production for news programmes, interviews and live shows.
Our story
Built by crews who have lived through live mistakes
We started truthara after years of watching talented people learn live production the hard way: on air, in front of an audience. We wanted a place where you can rehearse the awkward moments, from a failed feed to a late guest, long before they matter.
Today we run courses and consultancy for studios, newsrooms and independent producers across the United Kingdom, always grounded in the equipment and deadlines you really work with.
What we believe
Principles behind every course
Reliability first
A live show only gets one take, so we teach habits that prevent problems before they reach air.
Learn on real kit
Our courses run on broadcast-grade cameras, routers, desks and lights, not simulations.
Craft over gadgets
Good framing, clean sound and honest light beat expensive equipment used badly.
Teams, not heroes
We train whole crews to communicate clearly, so nobody is carrying a show alone.
